These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BIZINCORP & LEGAL SERVICES website and our online legal-services platform. By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@bizincorp.org if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Scope of Services

We provide legal and immigration consultancy services. Use of this website does not, by itself, create a lawyer-client relationship. An engagement is only formed when you sign a written retainer with us and pay any applicable fees.

4. Fees and Payment

  • Service fees are quoted in writing and confirmed before any work commences.
  • Government application fees are payable directly to the relevant authority and are non-refundable once paid to the authority on your behalf.
  • We accept payment via PayPal in supported currencies. Service fees become payable upon submission and are non-refundable once your application has been lodged.

5. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you provide. False or misleading information may result in visa refusal, cancellation, removal, or criminal penalties — none of which fall within our scope of liability.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose;
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to disrupt our systems;
  • Submit applications on behalf of someone else without their authority;
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform for commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, layout, software, and form-pack templates are the property of BIZINCORP & LEGAL SERVICES or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use of the site or any information on it does not constitute legal advice — see our Disclaimer for details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing support@bizincorp.org.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our principal office is located, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by the courts of that jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email of any material change at least 14 days in advance.
